Order Cancellation
After placing an order, customers have a maximum of one hour to cancel it free of charge. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as the processing procedure may already have started.

For items with manufacturing defects or damage during delivery, we provide a full guarantee. If your product arrives damaged, please email us a clear photo of the damage immediately upon receipt at info@carters-boutique.com. Once reviewed, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product.
No Exchange for Size or Colour Preference
Unfortunately, exchanges due to incorrect size or colour are not possible. Please ensure you carefully review product and size information before purchasing.

Track & Trace and Order Number Required
Returns without a track & trace and order number cannot be processed. Always enclose the form with your return to ensure smooth handling. In addition, customers must always provide a valid track & trace number for their return shipment and clearly state their order number on or inside the package. Returns without track & trace information or without the order number cannot be processed.
